Who is Justin Bregar?
I've been involved in creating pieces of the web since late 1996 and have worked in both the public and private sectors in various capacities. Before starting JBC, I spent four years as the primary (read only) user experience designer and creative director for a small insurance referral company.
I hold a bachelor's degree in communication from Colorado State University - Pueblo (previously the University of Southern Colorado) and I'm 9/10s of the way to a master's degree in technical communication from the University of Colorado - Denver.

The Site
This site was created with table-less XHTML and uses CSS for layout. Body copy is set in the most excellent Lucida Grande (Mac) or Lucida Sans Unicode (Windows) and most graphical text is set in Myriad Pro. The Justin Bregar Creative logo is self-designed and the text is set in NeoSans Bold.The site is powered by a customized version of Website Baker, a simple and effective open source content management system coded in PHP and backed by a MySQL database.
